Dry fruits are nutrient-rich, dehydrated fruits (like raisins, apricots, figs) and nuts (almonds, walnuts, cashews, pistachios) that serve as quick energy boosters, packed with vitamins, minerals, fiber, and antioxidants, excellent for snacking, baking, garnishing dishes, and supporting overall health, immunity, and digestion. WE IMPORT AND EXPORT THIS. 

Almonds are nutritious tree nuts from the Prunus dulcis tree, eaten raw, roasted, or used in cooking and desserts, known for being rich in protein, healthy fats, fiber, vitamin E, and minerals like magnesium, supporting heart health and blood sugar control.

"Fig dry" refers to dried figs (Anjeer), which are sweet, chewy, fiber-rich fruits from the Ficus carica plant, preserved by removing water, making them shelf-stable, intensely flavored, and packed with nutrients like potassium, calcium, iron, and antioxidants, often eaten as a healthy snack or used in recipes for digestion and heart health

Raisins come in many types, differing by grape variety and drying method, but the main categories are Black/Natural (sun-dried, sweet/caramelized), Golden/Sultanas (sulfur-treated for color, fruity), Green (controlled dry, mild tartness), and small, tangy Zante Currants (from Black Corinth grapes)

The apricot is a small, golden-orange stone fruit from the Prunus armeniaca tree, known for its sweet-tart flavor, high vitamin A & C content, fiber, and antioxidants, used fresh, dried, or in preserves, originating in ancient China/Armenia and cherished globally for health, skin, and eye benefits

Pistachio kernels are the green, edible part of the pistachio nut, separated from the shell, offering a sweet, nutty flavor and dense nutrition, rich in protein, fiber, healthy fats, antioxidants (like lutein & zeaxanthin), Vitamin B6, copper, and minerals, making them great for snacking (raw or roasted/salted) or cooking in desserts, salads, and main dishes, while the whole nut (shell on)

Charoli (or Chironji) refers to the small, nutty kernels from the Buchanania lanzan tree, a prized ingredient in Indian cuisine, used in both sweets (like burfi, kheer) and savory dishes (gravies, pulao) for its rich, almond-like flavor and thickening properties, also known as Almondette Seeds and valued for protein, fats, and minerals. 

Dry dates, or chuara/kharik, are dates with moisture removed, making them hard, shriveled, and concentrated in nutrients like protein, fiber, calcium, and natural sugars (glucose/fructose)

Munakka is a large, dark, sun-dried grape (raisin) popular in Indian cuisine and Ayurveda, known for its rich, sweet flavor, chewy texture, and health benefits like aiding digestion, boosting iron (good for anemia), and providing energy due to its fiber, iron, and antioxidants, often eaten raw, soaked, or added to sweets and savory dishes

Sukhe Aloo Bukhara (सूखे आलूबुखारे) means dried plums or prunes, a popular sweet and tangy dry fruit in India, known for being rich in fiber, antioxidants, vitamins (like A and K), and minerals, offering benefits for digestion (relieving constipation), heart health (cholesterol control), vision, and immunity, often enjoyed as a healthy snack or used in cooking and chutneys, but should be eaten in moderation due to its natural sugars.
